Activity Steps

Description

This tutorial will review the structures and functions of the cardiac system and will teach the learner how to obtain an accurate 12-lead electrocardiogram (ECG) and identify waveforms and heart rate and rhythm. The tutorial also examines the significance of leads and planes, identifies the 12 views of the heart, and discusses electrode placement and the leads used to obtain a 12-lead ECG.
