This session will include myths and realities of prostate health such as use of supplements and risk factors for prostate cancer. Prostatitis/male pelvic pain syndrome, BPH and aging, prostate cancer - mostly an update on latest in early detection and treatment of local and advanced stage prostate cancer.

  1. Demonstrate an understanding of the epidemiology, symptoms, and staging of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and prostate cancer.
  2. Discuss screening, diagnostic testing, grading, and staging of prostate health.
