As clinicians, it's common to see patients on self-imposed gluten-free diets in search of a cure for their related symptoms. In this session,
we'll review the appropriate workup for celiac disease as well as its varied manifestations. We'll also discuss non-celiac gluten sensitivity
as well as IBS and how to differentiate between the two.
