To provide information about the updates to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) MDS 3.0 Section M, Skin Conditions documentation in long-term care.Learning Objectives

- Explain the use of the CMS MDS 3.0 tool for documenting skin problems in long-term care.
- Demonstrate examples of proper documentation for specific skin problems.
