  1. Evaluate the first 2 guidelines of the 2015- 2020 HHS & USDA dietary guidelines related to following a healthy eating pattern across the lifespan and focusing on variety, nutrient density and amount of food.
  2. Examine the following 2015-2020 HHS & USDA dietary guidelines: 1) limit calories from added sugars and saturated fats and reduce sodium intake, 2) shift to healthier food and beverage choices, and 3) support healthy eating patterns for all.
